Les Confitures à l’Anciennes Andresy (old fashioned jams) are cooked in copper basins with whole selected fruits, cane sugar, and lemon juice to refine when necessary. No preservatives, coloring agents or artificial flavors... All natural!

This jam is packed with flavor: apricots, sweet oranges, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts. Spread it on butter galettes or a warm croissant.

Ingredients: Fruits (apricots 38g, sweet oranges 10g, powdered almonds 5g, pistachios 2g, hazelnuts 2g), gelling agent: pectins; acidifier: citric acid. Per 100 g of finished product: Prepared with 57g of fruits, total sugars 56g. May contain traces of other nuts and milk.

In 1900, a pastry shop in what is now known as Dunkerque, France, started to make delicious pure butter waffles. When the shop first began to make these waffles, they only made them at the beginning of the year. It didn't take long before there was such a high demand for the waffles that the shop started to produce them all year long!

One of the most common types of aji (chili) in Peru, Aji Panca is 3 to 5 inches in length and has a thick flesh that matures from a green to dark red in color. Distinct from the other ajis in its spiciness, Aji Panca is mild in heat intensity (a heat level of 2 on a scale of 10; 1,500 Scoville units) and provides a fruity, berry-like flavor that goes well in stews, sauces, and fish dishes.

Aji panca is so sweet, so berry-like, that it can be finely chopped or ground into a powder and tossed into foods to add a sweet, mild heat.

To create a paste, remove the stems and soak ajis in water overnight. Drain and mix ajis in a blender with salt, pepper, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. For a more mild paste, remove the seeds and veins before blending. You can freeze the paste for longer storage as necessary.

The Griottines® recipe uses the special Oblachinska Morello Cherry. This cherry is only grown in the Balkans, and is known for its unique taste. During harvest each cherry is hand-picked, leaving the stalk behind. A rigorous sort process selects the best cherries, and within 6 hours of harvesting the first maceration occurs. This artisanal process, and attention to detail, preserves the special flavor and physical properties of the cherries. The Morello cherries, and the liqueur, through natural osmosis, become something magical. Another sort process selects only the perfect cherries. The pit of each cherry is then carefully removed through the hole left by the missing stalk. The cherries look whole but do not have the pit.
