While we love love love it for breakfast as a spread, and on cheese boards after dinner, our other favorite uses are as a glaze for chicken and pork, spread on a wheel of brie that is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked, combined with horseradish to make an amazing seafood dipping sauce, and of course in baking: cakes, pies, cookies... oh my!

Absolutely delicious marmalade, neither too sweet nor bitter, with a wonderful texture thanks to the slivers of yuzu. My favorite jam in the household these days. I use it on toast, wheat croissants, English muffins, as a dollop atop yogurt, and paired with a cured sheep's milk cheese and some almonds. Soon I plan to use it in the center of thumbprint cookies instead of the usual strawb jam.

This is a wonderful marmalade, great consistency, and the perfect mix of sweet and tart. I've put it on toast, and I've used it with sake in a marinade for beef to be used in a Japanese-inspired dish. Very happy to have found this!
