YES we were also concerned to see ginger, turmeric, cloves, pepper, and cinnamon, thinking they would overwhelm the lobster. After trying it, we were surprised, this is actually the most delicate of the Griox & Nature seafood rillettes! These spices may add some umami or similar feel, but they are not in the flavor profile.

Keep this in your pantry for a quick easy snack or appetizer for unannounced guests.
