Eating J. Leblanc nut oils is the best part of all!

This rare nut oil is wonderful on a salad, mixed in a vinaigrette, or tossed with sauteed vegetables or potatoes for a unique, nutty flavor. This makes for a great gift for the chef in your life, or it is a great treat for yourself!

Our favorite way to use this oil is to sprinkle it over white fish or roasted beets.

This oil is the essence of pistachio. A pantry treasure you didn't know you needed! It's added a deep, earthy nuttiness to salads, a richness to roasted tomato slices for a fancy Caprese, and enhanced the simplest pasta dish when tossed in just before serving. Leblanc's oils are always amazing, but this is at the head of the class.
