Frozen Grapes With Whipped Fennel-Pollen Cream Cheese
- 2 bunches grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 ounces crème fraîche
- 1/2 teaspoon wild organic fennel pollen
- A pinch of Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
Arrange grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet, and freeze for 3 hours.
Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl using a rubber spatula.
Add all the remaining ingredients, and whisk until fluffy.
Chill this mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Pull both the mixture and the frozen grapes out. Top with frozen grapes with the cream cheese mixture, and serve immediately.
