GD is our go-to source for this, our favorite brand. Adds umami and earthy depth to almost any food. Good with all things savory, Italian and French. Dust over roasted beets and their greens with chevre and preserved lemon. Ooh la la. Also makes a unique gift with foodie snob appeal. I promise they will ask how to get more.

Real truffle 02/07/2013 ByShannon Living in Arkansas you are not really exposed to amazing spices or eccentric food. So when I saw the web site I had to have it well first let me just say I was pleasantly surprised at the cost!! So as all my goodies came through the mail the truffle salt and pepper was the most delicious spice I ever had! Keep in my 2pm in the afternoon and I cooked eggs just to try it! Loved it. So forever a customer. And yes it is real truffle!! FYI the oil is amazing as well! Becoming a better little cook now
