We love the Truffle & Salt, and have purchased repeatedly. My daughter carries a small bottle with her to make her college cafeteria food palatable. GD is our go-to source for this, our favorite brand. Adds umami and earthy depth to almost any food. Good with all things savory, Italian and French. Dust over roasted beets and their greens with chevre and preserved lemon. Ooh la la. Also makes a unique gift with foodie snob appeal. I promise they will ask how to get more.

Wow, what a great buy! The truffle aroma from this salt is intoxicating and powerful. I find that it just takes a pinch to enhance and transform any dish. In my opinion, it's a great value because a little goes a long way!

Love, love, love Truffle & Salt! Adds the perfect zest to foods! We use it in rubs for meat and fish, in rice and potato dishes- even on popcorn! Yummy!

I was amazed at the powerful aroma of truffles that arose when I first opened the jar!!! Amazingly flavorful, the salt absorbed all the lovely truffle essence. Can't begin to tell you how many uses I've found for this truffle salt - popcorn, eggs, salads, meat rubs and, yes, I have even rimmed a martini glass with it!!

A staple in my cupboard, and my 8 year old son's favorite item from Gourmet-Delights. He puts it on popcorn, corn on the cob, mac & cheese, and his Philosopher's Egg (soft-boiled).

Living in Arkansas you are not really exposed to amazing spices or eccentric food. So when I saw the web site I had to have it well first let me just say I was pleasantly surprised at the cost!! So as all my goodies came through the mail the truffle salt and pepper was the most delicious spice I ever had! Keep in my 2pm in the afternoon and I cooked eggs just to try it! Loved it. So forever a customer. And yes it is real truffle!! FYI the oil is amazing as well! Becoming a better little cook now
