This is our "go to" finishing salt. It gets sprinkled on grilled asparagus and potatoes, on main dishes such a light fish, pork, or chicken, in soups, and one of our favorites, on popcorn right off the stove. Add some truffle oil and increase the intensity of the truffle flavor even more!

I was amazed at the powerful aroma of truffles that arose when I first opened the jar!!! Amazingly flavorful, the salt absorbed all the lovely truffle essence. Can't begin to tell you how many uses I've found for this truffle salt - popcorn, eggs, salads, meat rubs and, yes, I have even rimmed a martini glass with it!!

Wow, what a great buy! The truffle aroma from this salt is intoxicating and powerful. I find that it just takes a pinch to enhance and transform any dish. In my opinion, it's a great value because a little goes a long way!
