Ciacco has combined their best-selling Alba white truffle oil, chunks of real Italian black truffle, and classic white beans for this savory dish. Use it to top crostini or bruschetta as an appetizer, or bring it to the main table on top of polenta or filet mignon. It can also be served as a side dish with beef, veal, or chicken.
