  • We love drizzling this on hard Italian cheeses for dessert!
  • Also try drizzling it over Stilton!
  • You can slice figs in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out a little crater. Mix some ricotta cheese with a TINY bit of truffle honey. Place the ricotta cheese/honey mixture back into the fig crater. Drizzle a little truffle oil on top.
  • Fabulous when drizzled on pears.
  • Great drizzled on nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc).
  • Have you considered a teaspoon in your tea? YUM!
  • And truffle honey on a white pizza is simply divine!

This truffle honey is truly amazing drizzled on cheese or even right out if the jar! I bought one as a gift for my mother and thankfully one for myself, and will be purchasing two more for us right away. This is a wonderful product.
