This Tomato Vinegar is made from Mediterranean tomatoes. It makes fabulous vinaigrettes, complements caprese salads, and adds that perfect level of acid and flavor to your appetizers and main courses. I'm working on incorporating it into some new, exiting dessert recipes too!
