This light and smooth spread, similar to pate, has a hint of sweetness, like all great scallops, while delivering the pure taste of fresh sea scallops. We love the inclusion of parsley, shallots, butter, and cream to create this rich delicacy.
It is great on a baguette as an easy appetizer, as a spread on sandwiches for lunch, with the addition of our capers and some lemon peel powder or fresh lemon zest, plus a grind of fresh black pepper.
