The recipes of all their products are patiently collected from the Islanders and local fishermen.

These delicate and fragrant salmon rillettes are ideal on a warm blintz served with a green salad tossed in a light vinaigrette. We also simply spread them on a bagel for breakfast, baguette for lunch, or crackers for an easy snack.
