This traditional, pale amber, and slightly chewy, Mediterranean honey has an intense and savory aromatic profile, and a full-bodied sweetness with a strong piney aroma and herbaceous flavor. Excellent as a glaze for roasted chicken or pork, for baking - especially in olive oil cakes, and on whole grain toast.
