The Spanish believe canned seafood is a delicacy to be shared and enjoyed! They take great pride, and great care, to harvest the best seafood and package it with the utmost care. The result is the purest, most delicate, and exquisite tasting seafood on the planet! A true delicacy.

Made famous in the U.S. by a 2008 episode of No Reservations when the late Anthony Bourdain led viewers into a tiny, Catalonian tavern known for tempting travelers with tins of seafood fetching upwards of €160 apiece, Espinaler is a name synonymous with history, tradition, and taste.

Razor clams (Navajas) are long, slender clams with a wonderfully rich flavor and firm texture. These perfectly cleaned clams are hand-harvested and then hand-packed in their own seawater. We eat them straight out of the can. You can also warm them in a skillet with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, or for some novelty we suggest you lightly grill them. You may also want to try adding a small squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and some crusty bread.
