This is a traditional Tuscan staple made into an American classic using Heirloom Cannellini beans from the province of Lucca (Cannellini di Lucca). The beautiful texture and flavor of these beans makes them an essential in my pantry. Toss them with freshly cooked pasta and some shreds of prosciutto and you have dinner. Stir them into a salad along with some Spanish tuna, and shave some lemon zest on top for a hearty, protein-rich "chef's salad."

Radici Organic Tuscan White Bean Appetizer are a must in my larder! Because I don't like cooking but I do love excellent food, and because I'm trying to avoid meat, beans, these in particular, are the solution. At any time of the day!

It's the second time I order the White Beans because they are delicious and can be used simply as they are right out of the jar or as a side to an entree. When you are in a hurry you can eatt some of these beans and feel okay!
