When it comes to pepper, everyone has their own preferences in adjusting the seasoning in their food. Peugeot now offers its patented u’Select system, which has several pre-selectable grind settings, so you can perfectly grind your peppercorns, from coarse to very fine, each and every time.
Peugeot's u’Select offers:

The steel mechanism undergoes a unique patented process to protect it from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance.
To get the best out of your Peugeot pepper grinding
mechanism, we recommend you use
peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm (¼") or less.
Black, white, and dry green peppercorns can be
ground in Peugeot pepper mills. The pink berries
can be ground only in a blend that does not exceed 15% pink peppercorns. Peugeot peppermills are also approved for grinding dried
coriander.
An expression of its commitment to all that is modern, down to the finest detail, it incorporates an innovation worthy of the latest generation: the removal of the central shaft. This enables the reservoir to be filled much more easily and is accessed via the screw stopper at the top of the grinder.
