Simply delicious. Maybe it's because this product comes from Tuscany and because it is grown in a small farm there. Whatever the reason they are excellent by themselves as a boost to your protein need, as it is for me trying to avoid meets. Or thrown in a rich salad. I also crash them with a fork without really making a hummus but just a quick spread for a nice piece of bread. I like adding herbs like thyme which I'm becoming a fan of.
