This green chile is a real find! Tonight I made an enchilada casserole combining leftovers, beans, and potatoes. Before baking I poured a about half the jar of green chile all over the top of the casserole, and dabbed on sour cream. I finished the dish with some grated cheese, and baked it for half an hour. It was incredibly good, mostly due to the green chile. Spicy enough but not overwhelming. Wine friendly. I'll be ordering more!

This is a perfect product for a green chile aficianado who lives in Australia. Fabulous quality.
