Foie gras is a popular and well-known delicacy in French cuisine. Its flavor is described as rich, buttery, and delicate. This mousse contains Duck Foie Gras (fatty liver) from Quebec, Canada. It has been marinated in Armagnac brandy and Tawny port wine.
Refrigerate 20 minutes before opening. Remove both sides and gently slide out by applying pressure on one end

You may add pepper to your own taste.
Serve slices on top of French bread or brioche toast.
