Wonderful warm accent 12/07/2021
By Redstucco
I am loving this pepper. It can be a gentle accent or a BIG one!

I started using it cautiously, as some other Italian peppers can be off the charts hot. It works well for building spice and heat to the level you want. I've put it in soup as a minor heat, and I've tossed it with pasta, adding pinch by pinch, to make a bold dish, but also keep the spice in check. I've also added it in the last hour of braising a dense ragu, to just give more depth. Love this pepper.
