Whenever there is something to celebrate, Ritual loves to do it with a bottle of bubbly, chocolate and berries. So they created a chocolate bar that contained them all. They soaked Madagascar cocoa nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then grinding those nibs into chocolate and topping it off with dried raspberries.
