I love the fresh, deep taste of this olive oil. It is especially wonderful in the simplest application, such as drizzled over sliced tomatoes or a simple salad of pears and fennel.

Get this oil! It is delicious! It arrived today. My husband and I taste-tested it, immediately. It is mild and fruity and fresh. We then had it drizzled over fresh sliced tomatoes with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Delicious! I could sip it as a treat in a cordial glass!
