Razor clams (Navajas) are long, slender clams with a wonderfully rich flavor and firm texture. These perfectly cleaned clams are hand-harvested and then hand-packed in their own seawater. We eat them straight out of the can. You can also warm them in a skillet with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, or for some novelty we suggest you lightly grill them. You may also want to try adding a small squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and some crusty bread. Conservas de Cambados is based in Galicia in Northeast Spain. This is the region of the Arousa Rķa, which is well-known not just for its size, but also for the richness of its marine life. This area is particularly suitable for harvesting clams, cockles, mussels, and other bi-valves. The Spanish believe canned seafood is a delicacy to be shared and enjoyed! They take great pride, and great care, to harvest the best seafood and package it with the utmost care. The result is the purest, most delicate, and exquisite tasting seafood on the planet! A true delicacy. Gluten Free Refined without sand Best by: 19July2028 Ingredients: Razor clams, water, and salt 4 ounces (111 grams) in a metal tin. 4-6 clams per tin |
