This olive oil is superbly flavored. This is not a cooking olive oil; it is a savoring oil - add garlic and hot red pepper flakes to a plate of this oil and drag your best bread chunks through it. Honestly, just do it.

This is fantastic -- delicious, rich, complex flavor for salad dressings, finishing, many uses. This is one of my favorites! Of course, since it's from Liguria, it would be excellent for pesto. Makes me dream of Italy!

This is superb olive oil. We used it for mixing with garlic and pepper and then dipping bread into it! Best oil in the world for that.
