Amazing01/04/2018 ByBaroloMan I use soffrittos and confits like this quite often. I substitute them for a true ragu to make the base for simple but singing pasta sauces. This will be amazing with savory crepes. Anything off the grill, but especially burgers, should get a small topping of this confit. Try it in simple tacos with a carne asada like diced steak. Putting this on eggs is too easy, but I cannot stop doing it. Bake in phyllo with brie.
