Amazing12/11/2022 ByRedstucco This is a wonderful marmalade, great consistency, and the perfect mix of sweet and tart. I've put it on toast, and I've used it with sake in a marinade for beef to be used in a Japanese-inspired dish. Very happy to have found this!
