The chocolate is incredibly smooth, you can sense the champagne, and the raspberries are utterly perfect. Great balance, one of the best chocolate bars I've ever had. 13/10

Whenever there is something to celebrate, Ritual loves to do it with a bottle of bubbly, chocolate, and berries. So they created a chocolate bar that contained them all. They soaked Madagascar cocoa nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then ground those nibs into chocolate, and finally topped it off with freeze-dried raspberries.
