Great Appetizers01/18/2013 ByLeah When no one is looking, I eat this spread straight from the jar with a spoon. I dollop s little of the spread on a variety of toasted bread slices for appetizers. I also combined it with Swiss cheese as the filling for an omelet.
Love this!01/17/2013 ByJames Dietz Delicious right out of the jar as a spread on a toasted baguette. It's always a hit with guests, but I never tell them it's from a jar. I lie and say I made it. And they believe me! Plenty of truffle flavor and the texture is spot on, kind of like a tapenade, which it resembles.
