A favorite on fish01/01/2020 ByRedstucco This wasn't what I was expecting. I thought it would be hot and bold like other horseradish mustards can be. Instead it is a sublimely sophisticated and fairly mild mustard, but much more than an ordinary mustard. Just spread it on a piece of fish that you're about to bake, straight from the jar. Your cooked fish will emerge with a wonderful glaze that makes the meal. I have this at least once a week.
