Magical and different02/24/2024 ByRedstucco This soy sauce is a world apart - delicate, floral, not heavily salty. I've dressed salads with it and sprinkled it over cured salmon or the simplest grilled meat. It's a different kind of accent, at home where greater delicacy and mystery are needed... it would be lost in a rub or marinade.
