This is my daily use EVOO and I just love it. Flavorful, but delicate, with a great body. Every time I use it, I think of how lucky I am to have found it. It's as good as EVOO's that are twice the cost.

If I hadn't already tried the Novello I'd say this was the best olive oil I've ever tasted. It's full-flavored, rich, and sooo good.
It is my new daily use oil and I will never look back. Highly recommended.

It is good, really good. I tried it on salad, or, when I was in a hurry, on pasta with some parmesan cheese. It solved my dinner problem.
