Toss with roasted Yukon gold potatoes & yams, fresh sage, sea salt & fresh pepper.

Add to risotto with mushrooms.

Combine with soy sauce. Pour over grilled pork loin. Add rosemary & cracked pepper.

Drizzle over steamed Swiss chard & garlic. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving. Add feta or ricotta cheese.

Delicious with turkey & bay leaves, game birds, stuffing, or wild rice & cranberries.

I bought this oil because I read a review that said it was just outstanding. It is. This makes the most delicious salad dressing. I first used it on a potato greenbean salad and loved the delicate orange. It is perfect for summer salads - we grow our own lettuces and spinach and I think my family is pretty much hooked on it now. This is a must have in my pantry!!

I love adding this aromatic oil to marinades or dressings. It's also nice to dot on fresh-cooked fish right before serving.
