In these days where everyone wants to put balsamic on everything, a good red wine vinegar is rare thing. This one has a rich, round flavor evoking the fullness of Barolo, with a bright acid to complement the salad, vegetable, or rub you add it to. Very happy to have this in my stable of vinegars - great find!
