Manzanilla Fina Olives are depitted and stuffed with Cantabrian anchovy paste. They are packed in a light brine.

We love them as an easy snack "tapas style", as a garnish for Bloody Mary's or Gin & Tonics, and of course creating a unique Dirty Martini.
