Good Way To Start The Day

I fell for this finishing salt the first time I sprinkled it on scrambled eggs. I whip up two eggs with a tablespoon of milk and two tablespoons of sour cream. Then, I cook the eggs in a tablespoon of butter. A generous sprinkle of Porcini & Salt completes the dish. A lovely way to start the day.
