Something extra, something nice!11/02/2019 ByRedstucco Porcini have this warm, earthy perfume, and it's great to be able to add a hint of it to dishes you've made. I love to finish a sauce with it, dust it over a salad, garnish a fresh-grilled steak, or put it on eggs as another reviewer wrote.
We get lots of truffle accents this days, but it is something refreshingly different to add the porcini flavor to your food. Great product!
Good Way To Start The Day01/18/2013 ByLeah I fell for this finishing salt the first time I sprinkled it on scrambled eggs. I whip up two eggs with a tablespoon of milk and two tablespoons of sour cream. Then, I cook the eggs in a tablespoon of butter. A generous sprinkle of Porcini & Salt completes the dish. A lovely way to start the day.
