Beautiful texture, classic aroma12/10/2024 ByRedstucco This polenta is a lovely product that cooks up creamy and with a wonderful aroma. It is a wonderful companion to braised meat, such as a wild boar stew or a lamb ragu. It can also easily form the basis of a vegetarian meal simply by adding cheese and a grilled or roasted vegetable. A pantry staple!
The Real Deal06/02/2023 ByPickie I love the texture of the cooked polenta. It looks like a coarse grind in the package but cooks up perfectly - very smooth. Great flavor. I'll be buying it again.
