This is a creamy pate, perfect for spreading on crackers or a crusty baguette. The flavor falls somewhere between red snapper and monkfish.

Scorpion fish live in the reefs, they eat a lot of shrimp and lobster, so some people say they actually taste sweet like a lobster.

Everybody's amazed how delicious and sweet this fish actually is.
