Fresh Yuzu Juice and Yuzu Zest are expertly combined with a Rice Wine Vinegar & Salted Mirin base and then enriched with Bonito and Kombu Seaweed. It is then masterfully aged to perfection to create a perfect balance of flavors.

We love it in cocktails, marinades, and dressings. You can create your own dipping sauce with the addition of your favorite Shoyu or Tamari, or reduce it in a pan to create a wonderful, flavorful glaze.
