We offer a fully catered Paella Party at your home in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

You must confirm the dates with us at least 2 weeks in advance.

Pricing structure:

Please note we do charge New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NMGRT) on this product.

Price includes introductory visit to your home (we get to meet, I get to see your kitchen setup), all ingredients, all preparation, all cooking.

If paid by check, price also includes one Paella Cooking Class in your home for up to 5 people within 12 months of your event.

You must provide a cooking surface (stove or grill), and all plates/utensils for serving.

You MUST include a phone number when ordering.
