Nice smallish chunks of octopus with a medium firmness and chewiness, this tin is really set off by the great tastes of the caldeirada, Portugese for stew. Here that stew is made up of olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, onion, red peppers and chilis. Just a bit on the spicy side and most flavorful. I could have eaten an entire soup bowl of this stew! I will have to get more of this
