Bonito Tuna Loins with Espelette Pepper

This exceptional white meat tuna has the solid texture, and hearty flavor, of Bonito tuna which is very different from albacore. It is packed in high-quality Spanish olive oil for extra flavor with a dash of Espelette Pepper to add a touch of spice. It is all natural, with no additives or preservatives.

Piment d’Espelette is famous for its modulated, food-friendly heat as well as its "sweet red pepper" perfume, which bring wonderful layers of flavor to your dishes.

It is fished using traditional hook and line methods, thus preserving the wonderful texture and flavor which is often lost when fishing with nets.
