I put this lovely jam on so many things. Toast is a no brainer, oatmeal, fried pecorino Romano cheese (if I'm out of fig jam), and my favorite way - spooned over plain Greek yogurt. What I love best is the balance of flavors. Neither the champagne nor the strawberries smother the other. Also, though it is a jam, it does not seem over sweet. This jam will be one of my pantry staples.
