In Japanese cooking, I've found that I prefer the organic green peppercorns generously ground on pan-fried udon or soba noodles with tofu, garlic, and scallions, served steaming hot. For soups, this is a delicate peppercorn that adds just the right amount of warmth, aroma, and flavor, combining well with other spices.

For a stunning vegetable broth, simmer and strain finely chopped carrot, cabbage, onion, and buttercup squash, season with HimalaSalt and finely ground Organic Green Peppercorns, garnished with thinly sliced scallions and a carrot flower.

Serve a beautiful appetizer to friends and family - grind the green and pink peppercorns together on a plate, roll tofu, soft cheese, or marinated vegetables in the peppercorn blend, then place on a garlic crostini garnished with fresh organic basil.
