Use sparingly

I love the color of this salt, and I need to find a use that will highlight that. For now, I've been using it in place of the Mexican rock salt in soups and the like. I think this is a little more intense in the `salty' flavor, so I've had to dial back a bit on how much I use. Would love to know if others have ideas on how to use this more creatively.

My husband and I really really love this salt. It finishes a dish nicely, or you can use it in place of table salt, which we have started doing. This is a re-order for us, thank goodness the service from Gourmet Delights is so fast!!
