Finally a product that features artichokes that tasted like...artichokes! Artichokes are hardly found in the US and this is the closest product that offers the real taste. The jar looks small but one only needs a small quantity to feel the taste. It is delicious!

Lovely and versatile spread- more subtle than the artichoke hearts with a nice pate-like texture on the mid-palate. Fantastic on its own, but works very nicely blended into hummus as well. Potent stuff- a very little bit goes a long way...
