Our organic white peppercorns are traditionally processed in fresh, clean running water to remove the black outer skin, unlike many white peppers on the market which are chemically processed. They are robust in flavor and a favorite in dishes requiring a strong pepper flavor, but without the color of black pepper. Great in white and cream sauces, on fish, salads, and more.
