This is our "go to" finishing salt. It gets sprinkled on grilled asparagus and potatoes, on main dishes such a light fish, pork and chicken, and one of our favorites, on popcorn right off the stove. Add some truffle oil and increase the intensity of the truffle flavor even more!

I was amazed at the powerful aroma of truffles that arose when I first opened the jar!!! Amazingly flavorful, the salt absorbed all the lovely truffle essence. Can't begin to tell you how many uses I've found for this truffle salt - popcorn, eggs, salads, meat rubs and, yes, I have even rimmed a martini glass with it!!

Living in Arkansas you are not really exposed to amazing spices or eccentric food. So when I saw the web site I had to have it well first let me just say I was pleasantly surprised at the cost!! So as all my goodies came through the mail the truffle salt and pepper was the most delicious spice I ever had! Keep in my 2pm in the afternoon and I cooked eggs just to try it! Loved it. So forever a customer. And yes it is real truffle!! FYI the oil is amazing as well! Becoming a better little cook now

A staple in my cupboard, and my 8 year old son's favorite item from Gourmet-Delights. He puts it on popcorn, corn on the cob, mac & cheese, and his Philosopher's Egg (soft-boiled).
