A mustard lover's favorite01/17/2013

I consider myself a mustard lover, and have tried all kinds of mustards, including all sold on this site (many of which have become staples). This one is a particular favorite in my household, due to the added zing of the green peppercorns. Of course it's great on hamburgers and with chicken breasts, or mixed with a bit of mayo and spread on a turkey sandwich. But also use it as a dipping sauce for sharp cheesecubes, with our morning breakfast sausage, and as part of an olive-oil vinaigrette.
