You can be assured that here at Gourmet Delights we will ship your order with the utmost of care as we want your products to arrive fresh and simply amazing. We ship 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) via USPS Priority Mail. We do this because we want our products to arrive in your hands in the best possible condition. Many others ship via ground service which can take 5-7 days, our Priority Mail service means you get your items FAST! Orders received by 5PM EDT are often shipped that same day.

Extremely large orders, multiple case lots, may ship on different dates and be shipped by a different carrier.

In our continuing effort to help reduce your shipping cost, we now offer FREE Priority Mail shipping on all US, US Territory and AP/AE orders of $50 or more to a single address. Please try to take advantage of this possibility.

We do ship to AE/AP/APO/FPO addresses! Use coupon code "military" for a 10% discount and thank you for your service. This coupon is only valid for AP/AE/APO/FPO addresses.

We do ship to PO Boxes!

Next, second, and 3-day shipping options are available. Orders placed during the weekend (after 5PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday through Sunday) officially ship on that next Monday as expedited delivery services do not pick up on Saturdays. For the Next Day shipping option this puts the box in your hands Tuesday, for 2nd day shipping you have the box Wednesday, and for 3-day shipping you get your box Thursday.

Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. We do not automatically provide delivery signature confirmation, but allow you to purchase this separately below for a $2.00 additional charge. By placing an order you explicitly agree that the tracking number and delivery information provided by USPS "Track & Confirm", or other tracking information provided via UPS or FedEx, is sufficient evidence of shipping and delivery.

We reserve the right to charge you for reshipping any items returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. This reshipping charge must be paid before your items are reshipped. Reshipping is a flat $15 charge per box plus $2 per item. For items you choose not to reship, no refunds can be honored.

Quoted shipping costs are a reasonable estimate of actual shipping costs, insurance, packing materials and time to process your order.

Any problems with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

By law we cannot accept returns on food items.

For returns on non-food items in which we are not at fault (e.g. we shipped you the item you ordered and you simply changed your mind), we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and charge you for the original shipping amount before refunding you any monetary difference. Return shipping is at your expense unless we shipped you the wrong item. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packing materials and absolutely no signs of wear.

If you want signature confirmation upon delivery please choose this option. Otherwise we will ship with a tracking number which will show proof of shipping and proof of delivery at the given address but cannot tell us who accepted your package.

For New Mexico Orders

We are required by law to charge sales tax (7%) to ALL orders shipped to, or picked up in, New Mexico.

We will email you with an address and hours if you choose the pick-up option. We do not deliver. Generally pickups are 5-5:30PM Monday-Saturday at the corner of Juan Tabo and Eubank in the Mountain Run Shopping Center in Northeast Albuquerque.

If you do want shipping rather than pick-up, we are more than happy to ship to your New Mexico address.


International Orders

We will also ship internationally. Our system is already set up to accept orders from 37 countries around the world. Please email us if you would like your country added and for a shipping quote.

Please note that while we will do everything possible to make sure your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of your package once it enters your country due to the various postal systems worldwide and their varying degrees of reliability. We will work through the US Postal Service and ask that you contact your local post offices to help facilitate delivery of your boxes should they be delayed or lost in your country.

In addition, our credit card processor, at times, asks us to hold off on shipping until they can confirm valid funds and a valid shipping address in other countries. This rarely happens, but when it does we are required to hold off on shipping until our credit card processor tells us everything is valid. We will email you if this occurs and keep communication lines open as we do everything possible to get your items to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Shipping estimates are based on United States Postal Service Priority Mail service. This allows us to ship anywhere in the 50 United States, US Territories, AP/AE addresses and internationally in a straightforward, understandable manner. Priority Mail is estimated to be a 2-3 day service but is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service to be delivered in that time frame. We do offer, for an additional charge, overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping options which you can select at checkout.

We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING option on orders of $50 or more for orders in the USA, US Territories and AP/AE addresses.


Gourmet Delights carries a large inventory of products in an attempt to give our valued customers many buying options. We do everything possible to keep all items in stock. Unfortunately, unexpected shortages at our importers, delays in customs, unexpected large orders which quickly deplete our stock and other situations may cause an item to be temporarily out of stock and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped until all your items are received in our store and we do a physical inventory of stock on hand. If an item is determined to be out of stock, we will contact you right away to notify you of its expected arrival date and give you the opportunity to select another item for purchase if you so desire. Please be sure to give us at least an email address and phone number when you order so we may contact you if necessary. We prefer to call you personally and thus greatly appreciate you providing a phone number. We will never give or sell your personal information to a 3rd party or use it to contact you other than for official Gourmet-Delights.com business. Thank you.
